Day 1 — Diary of a Startup Founder

Today is Day 1 of building this startup, and I want to share what I achieved.
Many of you probably expect me to reveal the full idea behind this project… but for now, I won’t. Not because I’m worried someone will copy it, but because I want our team to stay fully focused. More importantly, I want to encourage others to start building their own projects too. This is about creating a community of ambitious, smart people who push each other forward.

3 Steps to Start a Startup
1️⃣
Get an idea. Ask people around you, research the competition, and find out if someone else is already working on it.
2️⃣
Test your belief. Share your idea with friends, but more importantly — test yourself. Do you truly believe in it? If yes, then start.

Build a team. Gather smart individuals and interview them. As CEO, your role is to grow the company quickly and lead with vision.
