honestly, the girls here were way more extroverted than i expected to be. they were dancing, singing, and chatting non-stop, even though most of them had just met.

sometimes i question myself.
sometimes i stop and think. am i really living the life i dreamed of? is this the future i imagined as a kid? or am i just running somewhere without even knowing why?
why am i pushing myself so much? why am i collecting documents, stressing about universities abroad? who told me i have to do that? why not just stay in uzbekistan, study peacefully, live easily, enjoy? why not eat sweets, fast food, live without thinking too much?
and yeah, sometimes i ask, why am i even working? i’m not even eighteen. isn't it my parents' responsibility to take care of me? why am i waking up early, eating healthy, not sleeping at nights?
but then i remember, no one forces me. i do all this because i want to. because when i do, i feel fulfilled. i feel like i'm living the best version of my life. . everything is going as it's written and i feel closer to what Allah planned for me.
and thank god, people around me already got used to me. they don't ask weird questions anymore like “do you want sugar in your tea?” or “do you eat condensed milk?” even when we eat together, they don't add eggs because they know i don't eat them at all. i'm so grateful for that. maybe i'm even changing something in them too.
this is my life. my version. and i love it. even when it's hard.
