CCA AWARDS 2026 WINNER: DILAFRUZA JORABOYEVA, UZBEKISTAN
At 14,
Dilafruza Joraboyeva
began coding in Fergana. This autumn, she started a new chapter at Rice University, with a full four-year scholarship.
Along the way, she became a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador and co-founded a startup working across borders. Her team’s success at the President Tech Award 2024 secured investment to support their venture.
At the
Women in Tech CCA Awards 2026
, held in Tashkent on 13 October, she was named the
Aspiring Teen Award
winner. Her mother accepted the award on her behalf, sharing this special moment with our community.
Her story offers an encouraging example to young people taking their first steps in technology: a beginning in one city can open connections and possibilities far beyond it.
Congratulations to Dilafruza Joraboyeva on this recognition. We look forward to seeing how she carries her experience into university life and the projects ahead.
The next generation is already
Building the Big Future
.
