“Jaholatga qarshi Ma’rifat bilan kurash”
mavzusida Toshkent shahridagi Turin Politexnika Universitetida davra suhbati o‘tkazildi.

Tadbirda mobil telefonlardan to‘g‘ri foydalanish, axborot manbalariga tanqidiy yondashish, diniy materiallarning ishonchliligini tekshirish hamda nashidalarni ma’nosini tushunmasdan tinglash oqibatlari muhokama qilindi.

Mavzular real hayotiy misollar asosida tahlil qilinib, ayrim holatlarning huquqiy javobgarlikka sabab bo‘lishi mumkinligi tushuntirildi.

Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Jinoyat kodeksining 244¹-moddasi ekstremistik yoki taqiqlangan materiallarni saqlash va tarqatish uchun jinoiy javobgarlikni belgilaydi.

Обсуждались вопросы безопасного использования телефонов, критического отношения к информации и проверки достоверности религиозных материалов.

Темы были рассмотрены на реальных примерах, а также объяснено, какие действия могут повлечь уголовную ответственность.

Участникам напомнили, что статья 244¹ Уголовного кодекса Республики Узбекистан предусматривает ответственность за хранение и распространение экстремистских или запрещённых материалов.

“Fighting Ignorance Through Enlightenment”
was held at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent

The discussion covered responsible phone use, critical evaluation of information, and verification of religious materials.

Real-life examples were analyzed, emphasizing actions that may lead to criminal liability.

Participants were reminded that Article 244¹ of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for criminal punishment for storing or distributing extremist or prohibited materials.
