Kamilla Juraeva, a graduate of
Engineering School
at Central Asian University, is now working as a
Data Scientist at Ucell.
Her journey began with a simple goal — to gain a strong technical education. At CAU, she found an environment that challenged her to think deeper, ask questions, and truly understand complex problems — not just solve them. It was here that she discovered her passion for data and developed the mindset that now defines her work.
Today, Kamilla works with complex data, builds analytical models, and contributes to real business solutions — applying the skills and way of thinking shaped during her time at CAU.

On June 5, participants of the
CAU Venture Sprint 2026
reached an important milestone —
the submission of their final venture proposals.
Over the past several weeks, students have been working on transforming ideas into structured, feasible, and pitch-ready venture concepts. Throughout the program, participants explored real market opportunities, analyzed customer needs, developed business models, tested assumptions, and refined their solutions through multiple rounds of feedback and improvement.
As part of the final submission, each team prepared a
complete pitch deck and a one-page venture summary
outlining the problem, target customer, solution, market opportunity, business model, MVP strategy, and future development plans.
The submitted projects will now move to the next stage, where teams will have the opportunity to present their ideas during Pitch Day. The strongest ventures will be selected for further mentoring, support, and development.
Congratulations to all participants on reaching this important stage of their entrepreneurial journey.

of the program and look forward to seeing their ideas continue to grow and develop.

Today, Central Asian University held the practical stage of the Final State Attestation for 6th-year Medical School students in the OSCE format.
OSCE is an internationally recognized clinical examination designed to assess how well future physicians are prepared for real-world medical practice.
Central Asian University created a specialized environment that closely reflects the realities of clinical work. The examination was a full-scale simulation of medical practice: graduates rotated through stations with standardized patients, took medical histories, performed physical examinations, formulated preliminary diagnoses, determined further management plans, and worked with electronic medical records.
The examination also included emergency care scenarios and practical skills assessments using modern medical simulators and mannequins. Assessment was conducted using standardized criteria: examiners observed the process remotely, while AI-powered tools helped analyze students’ clinical skills and communication abilities.
This format allows the University to evaluate not only students’ knowledge, but also their readiness to work in real clinical settings — making decisions, communicating with patients, and applying their knowledge in practice.
We wish our graduates successful results as they complete this important milestone in their professional journey.

CAU Medical School at the VII Congress of the Russian Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (RODOG)
We are proud to share that
6th-year Medical School students,
together with
Nurmukhammed Jumaniyazov
, Educational Specialist and Biology Professor at CAU, and
Malikakhon Shukurova,
Professor in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at the CAU Medical School, represented Central Asian University at the
VII Congress of the Russian Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (RODOG)
, held in Moscow, Russia, on April 23–25, 2026.
During the congress, the team presented a clinical case titled:
“Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis in a Child With Suspected LRBA-Associated Immunodeficiency: A Clinical Case From a Resource-Limited Country.”
The congress brought together leading specialists in pediatric hematology, oncology, and immunology from across the region and beyond, providing a platform for scientific exchange, discussion of complex clinical cases, and professional networking.
As part of the visit, participants also toured the
Dmitry Rogachev National Medical Research Center
, where they explored modern approaches to pediatric hematology and oncology care and gained insights into multidisciplinary patient management.
Central Asian University actively supports and encourages students and faculty members to participate in international scientific events such as RODOG. By creating opportunities for academic engagement and professional development, the University helps them connect with the global medical community, strengthen their research competencies, and gain valuable academic and clinical experience.
