: فكرته و الهدف من اعطاءه
انتقال maternal antibodies عبر المشيمة وحماية الطفل من severe RSV خلال أول 6 أشهر.
• إذا أُعطي اللقاح للأم ≥14 يومًا قبل الولادة، فغالبًا لا يحتاج الطفل إلى monoclonal antibody.
