What do the yellow and orange number colors in the software mean?
A port changes color if SMS messages stop being received on the SIM card.
It turns:

yellow if no SMS has been received for 6 to 12 hours,
🟧
orange if no SMS has been received for more than 12 hours.
When the software is restarted, the SMS reception timer is reset.

Why has the demand for my country decreased?
There can be several reasons:
1. Customer interest in numbers from your country. Customers may come and go depending on the price and how successful the registration process is.
2. Competition among suppliers in your country. You can check competitors’ prices for services in the
“Service Prices”
section of your agent account. The lower the price, the higher the priority for number distribution. There is also a priority advantage if you work with physical equipment.

Why can’t I log into the software?
You have at least two login–password pairs: one pair for your personal account, and another pair for the software. Make sure you don’t mix them up!

What is the deposit required during registration?
The deposit during registration confirms your intention to cooperate with us. It is added to the agent’s balance and can be withdrawn later.

What to do if numbers are online but there are no activation attempts?
There may be several reasons:
1. Seasonality.
Demand may drop across countries/services.
2. Price too high.
On the
“Service Prices” page
, bars below the price slider indicate the highest-demand price points.
3. Technical issues.
Check as follows: double-click the port with the number and see whether there were any attempts to sell any service at all. If there were attempts but all failed, your SIM cards may not be receiving SMS. There may also be issues with the modem — our
support team
can help resolve them.

I can’t create a withdrawal request because I don’t have access to 2FA
Reset 2FA in account settings using your secret question/answer. Note that withdrawals are locked for 24h after reset.

Where can I buy modems or SIM cards?
We do not provide SIM cards or modems. You can find them yourself on your local marketplaces or in global specialized stores.

Why is the success rate of activations so low?
Check your SIM cards. Some of them may not be able to receive SMS from certain services. Try inserting one of the SIM cards into your smartphone and request an SMS from the service for which activations are failing.

How can I increase profit per SIM card?
Adjust your prices. Go to the
“Service prices” page
and check the sliders on each service card. The bars at the bottom of the chart show sales volume. Set your price based on demand — this will place you in the pool of attractive prices for customers.
You can also increase revenue by enabling voice/call verification or long-term rental.
Note that rental becomes available only after 60 days of working on activations.

Dashboard page
of your account, under the "Comparison" tab.
