Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Ad-Dokki. Responsibilities include designing and developing mechanical systems, performing machine and product design, and creating technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop optimized engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to quality assurance processes.

Qualifications
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Design
* Expertise in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
* Proficiency in Machine Design and Product Design
* Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related software
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project deliverables
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
* Previous experience in the construction or engineering consulting industry is a plus

Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities with subcontract representatives.
· Quantity surveying of the materials for each trade.
· Prepare Material quantity Request (MR).
· Ensure current revision documents are utilized for installation.
· Responsible for the implementation of project policies, procedures, and instructions as assigned.
· Prepare progress reports.
· Review and verify corrective actions established from NCR’s.
· Prepare and submit IR, MIR & RFI for the consultant.
· Issue monthly invoice for subcontractors and owner.
· Review and verify Electrical detailed DWG. Specs. or other project documents as assigned.
· Prepare the as-built drawings.
· Coordinate with the other trades before installation.
· Attend the meetings with Consultants/Clients and Sub-consultants.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Auto-CAD & basic 2D drawing knowledge and Microsoft office
· Leadership & effective communication skills
· Able to work under pressure
· 2-5 years minimum of relative experience.
