Kids of age group 8 -12 years are welcome to join Yoga classes every Saturday at Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture, Tashkent

Aim : To strengthen physical health, improve mental focus and memory and help in emotional regulation.Classes will commence on April 18, 2026 (every Saturday ).

Hindiston uyida Mili Buergo (Mohini Devi) xonimning ayollar, yoga va sog'liq haqida ma'ruzasi bo'lib o'tdi. Sessiyada diplomatik hamjamiyat va hind diasporasi vakillari faol ishtirok etdi.
A lecture by Ms. Mili Buergo (Mohini Devi) on Women, Yoga & Health was held at India House . The session was well attended by Diplomatic community and Indian Diaspora.
