Working Hours: 8 hours per day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Working Days:6 days per week
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for following up on all digital marketing activities of the company and ensuring their proper execution by coordinating with the media team, content creation team, and external advertising agencies. The role also involves preparing accurate performance reports for the Marketing Manager regarding campaign progress and results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with service providers and internal teams.
Oversee social media posting schedules and ensure adherence to approved plans.
Coordinate with the content creation team to ensure the quality of texts, images, and videos before publishing.
Ensure all designs and marketing materials align with the company’s visual identity.
Track the performance of digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) and collect reports from specialists.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and submit them to the Marketing Manager.
Coordinate daily with other departments (Sales, Customer Service) to ensure message consistency.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
General knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Proficiency in preparing and submitting professional reports.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s marketing activities across digital platforms. The role focuses on developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring marketing objectives are achieved through strong coordination with internal teams and external agencies. The Marketing Specialist will also analyze performance results and provide detailed reports and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns in coordination with service providers and internal teams.
Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms and ensure alignment with brand identity.
Coordinate with the media and content creation teams to ensure high-quality texts, images, and videos before publishing.
Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) and improve performance based on KPIs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior.
Ensure all marketing materials and designs comply with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports including results, insights, and improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Service) to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.
Provide creative marketing ideas and recommendations to increase engagement and improve campaign effectiveness.
