Dear Manager,
Thank you for asking about shopping experience. Overall, I am satisfied with (dan qoniqish) your supermarket as (chunki) it offers a wide variety of products and the location is very convenient. However, I would like to share a few suggestions that could improve the service.
Sometimes it is difficult to find certain items because the shelves are not well organized or products are out of stock (tugab qolgan). In addition, even though the staff are polite and welcoming, they do not always offer assistance (yordam) unless customes ask for help. It would be helpful if employees were more attentive (e`tiborli) and proactive.
I also suggest improving product labeling and keeping the store cleaner. These changes would make shopping faster and more comfortable for customers.
