Advice of al-'Allāmah Rabi Ibn Hādi al-Madkhali on the Blessed Occasion of ' Id al-Fitr , 1441H '
In the Name of Allāh , the Most Merciful , the Bestower of Mercy.
All praise is for Allāh and may the peace and salutations of Allāhbe upon the Messenger of Allāh, upon his Family, His Companions and whosoever follows his guidance. To proceed: Indeed, I advise myself and the rest of the Muslims with the taqwa (fear, reverence) of Allāh (تبارك وتعالى) , and to hold fast tothe Book of Allāh and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allāh(صلى الله عليه وسلم ), and to traverse upon the manhaj of al-Salaf al-Salih in matters of creed, worship, social dealings and in the restof the affairs of life. I ask Allāh to unite between the hearts and to gather them to gether upon the truth and to distance al-Shaytān from the mand suffice them against the evil of the fitan (trials, tribulations); whatever is apparent from them and whatever is hidden. Our Lord surely hears the supplication. May the peace and salutations of Allāh be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his Family and his Companions.
نصيحة من العلامة ربيع بن هادي المدخلي
للمسلمين في أول أيام عيد الفطر المبارك عام 1441هـ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ، وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ، وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَاهُ، أَمَّا بَعْدُ: فَإِنِّي أُوصِي نَفْسِي وَسَائِرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى، وَالتَّمَسُّكِ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ (صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)، وَالسَّيْرِ عَلَى مَنْهَجِ السَّلَفِ الصَّالِحِ، فِي الْعَقَائِدِ وَالْعِبَادَاتِ وَالْمُعَامَلَاتِ، فِي كُلِّ سَائِرِ شُؤُونِ الْحَيَاةِ، وَأَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يُؤَلِّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِهِمْ، وَأَنْ يَجْمَعَهُمْ عَلَى الْحَقِّ، وَأَنْ يُبْعِدَ عَنْهُمْ نَزْغَ الشَّيْطَانِ، وَأَنْ يَكْفِيَهُمْ شَرَّ الْفِتَنِ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ، إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَسَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ. وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
