O‘zkimyosanoat AJ va KOICA Koreyada ilmiy uskunalar bo‘yicha o‘quv dasturi oldidan jo‘nab ketishdan avvalgi oriyentatsiya tadbirini o‘tkazdi
2026-yil 20-fevral kuni “O‘zkimyosanoat” AJ KOICA’ning O‘zbekistondagi vakolatxonasi bilan hamkorlikda Koreya Respublikasiga jo‘nab ketadigan 20 nafar o‘zbekistonlik kimyo mutahassislari uchun jo‘nab ketishdan avvalgi oriyentatsiya tadbirini o‘tkazdi. Tinglovchilar Koreyada ilg‘or kimyoviy tadqiqot uskunalari bo‘yicha uch oylik taklifnoma asosidagi o‘quv dasturida ishtirok etadi.
Tadbirda o‘zbek hamkor tomondan “KRICT DIREKSIYASI” MChJ loyiha direktori Akmal Makhmudov hamda “KRICT DIREKSIYASI” MChJ Kadrlar tayyorlash va grantlarni boshqarish bo‘limi boshlig‘i Umida Tillabaeva, shuningdek “O‘zkimyosanoat” AJning tegishli xodimlari va tanlab olingan tinglovchilar qatnashdi. KOICA delegatsiyasiga KOICA O‘zbekiston ofisi direktor o‘rinbosari Park Seongmin xonim boshchilik qildi.
Mazkur taklifnoma asosidagi trening O‘zbekiston Kimyoviy Texnologiyalar Markazi (OKTM)ni tashkil etish va mustahkamlashga qaratilgan kengroq tashabbusning muhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib, u institutni rivojlantirish hamda O‘zbekiston kimyo sanoati uchun ixtisoslashgan kadrlar salohiyatini oshirishni ko‘zda tutadi. Yo‘l-yo‘riq tadbirida ishtirokchilar treningning maqsadlari, dastur tuzilmasi, shuningdek o‘qish jarayonida professional xulq-atvor va samarali ta’lim olish bo‘yicha kutilmalar bilan tanishdilar.
90 kunlik dastur Koreya Respublikasining Daejeon shahrida joylashgan Koreya Kimyoviy Texnologiyalar Tadqiqot Instituti (KRICT) bazasida tashkil etilib, chuqur nazariy mashg‘ulotlar va amaliy, ustoz-shogird (apprenticeship) uslubidagi tayyorgarlikni o‘z ichiga oladi. Tinglovchilar kimyoviy instrumental tahlil bo‘yicha keng qamrovli bilim va ko‘nikmalarga ega bo‘ladilar: jumladan, ilmiy uskunalardan amalda foydalanish, eng muhimi esa olingan natijalar asosida shakllangan ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish va talqin etish – ishonchli natijalarni ta’minlash hamda ularni sanoat amaliyotiga tatbiq etish uchun zarur bo‘lgan muhim kompetensiya sifatida alohida ta’kidlandi.
Tinglovchilar tarkibi OKTM bilan bog‘liq muassasalardan tanlangan tadqiqotchilar va yuqori malakali mutaxassislardan iborat bo‘lib, ular orasida PhD va DSc ilmiy darajasiga ega bo‘lganlar, katta ilmiy xodimlar, professorlar hamda kichik ilmiy xodimlar mavjud. Bu esa keyinchalik bilim va tajribani keng miqyosda uzatish, shuningdek institutning barqaror rivojlanishi uchun mustahkam asos yaratadi.
O‘z nutqida Park Seongmin xonim tinglovchilarni tabriklab, nafaqat moddiy-texnik infratuzilmani yaratish, balki murakkab ilmiy uskunalarni samarali boshqarish va ilmiy natijalarni amaliy qiymatga aylantira oladigan malakali mutaxassislar salohiyatini shakllantirish ham birdek muhim ekanini qayd etdi.
Makhmudov A. KOICA va koreyalik hamkorlarga minnatdorlik bildirib, tinglovchilarni dasturga mas’uliyat, intizom va yuqori professionallik bilan yondashishga chorladi. Ularning o‘qishdagi natijalari yangi ilmiy-tadqiqot markazining muvaffaqiyatli ishga tushirilishi va uzoq muddatli rivojlanishida muhim o‘rin tutishini ta’kidladi.
KOICA Koreya va O‘zbekiston o‘rtasidagi ilmiy hamkorlikni yanada mustahkamlash, shuningdek tizimli salohiyatni oshirish orqali O‘zbekistonning raqobatbardosh, innovatsiyaga tayangan kimyo sanoatini rivojlantirish borasidagi sa’y-harakatlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlashga sodiqligini yana bir bor tasdiqladi.

Uzkimyosanoat JSC and KOICA hold Pre-Departure Orientation for Uzbekistan’s Research Equipment Training in Korea
On 20 February 2026 the Uzkimyosanoat JSC jointly with KOICA Uzbekistan Office held a pre-departure orientation for 20 Uzbek trainees who will soon depart for the Republic of Korea to undertake a three-month invitational training program on advanced chemical research equipment.
The orientation gathered representatives from the Uzbek partner side, including Mr. Makhmudov Akmal, Project Director of “KRICT DIREKSIYASI” LLC, and Ms. Tillabaeva Umida, Head of Personnel Training and Grant Management of “KRICT DIREKSIYASI” LLC, along with relevant staff of Uzkimyosanoat JSC and the selected trainees. KOICA delegation was headed by Ms. Park Seongmin, Deputy Director of the KOICA Uzbekistan Office.
The invited training is a key component of the broader initiative to establish and strengthen the Uzbekistan Center of Chemical Technology (UzCCT), supporting both institutional development and the cultivation of specialized human resources for Uzbekistan’s chemical sector. During the orientation, participants reviewed the training goals, program structure, and expectations for professional conduct and effective learning throughout the course.
The 90-day program will be hosted by the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT) in Daejeon and combines rigorous theory with hands-on apprenticeship-style practice. Trainees will receive extensive instruction in chemical instrumental analysis, including practical operation of research equipment and, critically, the analysis and interpretation of generated data—a competency emphasized as essential for producing reliable results and enabling industrial application.
The trainee cohort comprises researchers and senior specialists, including PhD and DSc degree holders, senior researchers, professors, and junior researchers from UzCCT-related institutions—reflecting a strong foundation for future knowledge transfer and institutional growth.
In her remarks, Ms. Park congratulated the participants and underscored the importance of building not only physical infrastructure, but also the expertise required to operate sophisticated equipment and translate scientific findings into practical value.
Mr. Makhmudov Akmal expressed appreciation to KOICA and Korean partners and encouraged trainees to approach the program with discipline and professionalism, noting that their performance will be vital to the successful launch and long-term development of the new R&D center.
KOICA reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening scientific cooperation between Korea and Uzbekistan and to supporting Uzbekistan’s efforts to develop a competitive, innovation-driven chemical industry through sustained capacity building.

KOICA Awards Scholarships to Six Graduate Researchers to Advance Nursery and Afforestation Capacity in Uzbekistan
On 16 February 2026, six Master’s and PhD students received KOICA scholarship certificates at the KOICA Uzbekistan office. The recipients were selected as seedling production research fellows under the Project on capacity building for forest and urban greening based on smart technology in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The three-year scholarship program supports research to improve nursery practices for afforestation species and afforestation techniques. KOICA will support the fellows throughout the research process, including research design, methodology, equipment, and implementation, and will match each researcher with Korean field experts for ongoing guidance and academic supervision.
Notably, four of the six scholars are women. Ms. Park Seong-min, Deputy director of the KOICA Uzbekistan office, welcomed the strong female participation and encouraged the scholars to contribute to the future development of Uzbekistan’s afforestation technologies. Representing the scholarship recipients, Mr. Voxobov thanked KOICA, noting that the support will help researchers carry out field experiments more effectively, reduce research costs, and publish findings internationally.
KOICA Uzbekistan office reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening seedling production capacity and contributing to forest restoration and advanced nursery technologies across Uzbekistan.

KOICA Ўзбекистонда кўчаччилик ва ўрмончилик салоҳиятини ошириш мақсадида олти нафар магистр-тадқиқотчиларга стипендиялар ажратади
2026 йил 16 февраль куни KOICAнинг Ўзбекистондаги ваколатхонасида олти нафар магистратура ва докторантура талабаларига KOICA стипендия сертификатларини топшириш маросими бўлиб ўтди. KOICA ва Ўрмон хўжалиги агентлиги ҳамкорлигида амалга оширилаётган “Ақлли технологиялар асосида ўрмон хўжалиги ва шаҳар яшил ҳудудларини кенгайтириш” лойиҳаси доирасида ташкил этилган мазкур стипендия дастури иштирокчилари кўчат етиштириш йўналишида таҳсил олаётган тадқиқотчилар орасидан саралаб олинди.
Уч йилга мўлжалланган стипендия дастури ўрмонлаштириш учун кўчат етиштириш амалиётлари ва ўрмонлаштириш кўникмаларини такомиллаштиришга қаратилган тадқиқотларни қўллаб-қувватлайди. KOICA стипендиатларни тадқиқот жараёнининг барча босқичларида, жумладан, лойиҳани ишлаб чиқиш, методологияни шакллантириш, зарур жиҳозлар билан таъминлаш ва амалга ошириш жараёнларида қўллаб-қувватлайди. Ҳар бир тадқиқотчига кореялик мутахассислар томонидан доимий маслаҳат ва илмий ҳамкорлик йўлга қўйилади.

KOICA and Institute for Development of National Qualification System discuss closer cooperation on qualification validation and TVET reform in Uzbekistan
On 16 February 2026, the KOICA Uzbekistan Office held a meeting with the Institute for Development of National Qualification System (IDNQS) to discuss Uzbekistan’s ongoing reforms in qualifications and skills development and explore practical areas for strengthened cooperation. The meeting was attended by Ms. Lee Min-jeong, Deputy Director of the KOICA Uzbekistan Office, Prof. Cho Hyun-chan, long-serving Project Manager of KOICA’s TVET projects in Uzbekistan and Mr. Anvar Allaberganov, Director of IDNQS, together with relevant staff from both sides.
During the discussion, Director Allaberganov emphasized the growing national importance of establishing a credible and transparent qualification system, particularly in strengthening qualification validation and quality assurance so that qualifications accurately reflect real workplace competencies. He noted that this agenda is being advanced with strong government commitment, supported through Presidential Decrees and related policy reforms, as part of Uzbekistan’s broader efforts to modernize TVET and enhance workforce competitiveness.
KOICA shared Korea’s experience in strengthening TVET systems and highlighted the importance of adapting international practices to local needs. KOICA also discussed how its ongoing TVET project supports Uzbekistan’s reform direction by promoting competency-based approaches, strengthening linkages between training institutions and industry needs, and supporting more robust systems that enhance employability. KOICA reaffirmed its continued commitment to aligning cooperation with Uzbekistan’s reform priorities and supporting institutional development for sustainable impact.
Both sides agreed on the importance of accrediting qualification centers and ensuring consistent standards across accredited centers. They also expressed hope that the meeting would serve as a momentum for more frequent exchanges and continued collaboration between IDNQS and KOICA-supported training centers. KOICA shared its Industry-Competency System (ICS) approach implemented at its supported training centers and expressed hope that it could be considered and adapted as Uzbekistan continues to strengthen its National Qualifications System. Both sides reaffirmed their intention to continue cooperation toward this shared goal.

2026-yil 16-fevral kuni KOICAning O‘zbekistondagi vakolatxonasi Milliy malaka tizimini rivojlantirish instituti (MMTRI) bilan uchrashuv o‘tkazib, O‘zbekistonda malaka tizimi va ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish sohasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar hamda hamkorlikni yanada kuchaytirish yo‘nalishlarini muhokama qildi.
Uchrashuvda KOICAning O‘zbekistondagi vakolatxonasi direktor o‘rinbosari Lee Min Jeong xonim, KOICAning O‘zbekistondagi kasbiy ta’lim (TVET) loyihalari bo‘yicha uzoq yillik loyiha menejeri professor Cho Hyun-chan hamda Milliy malaka tizimini rivojlantirish instituti direktori Anvar Allaberganov janoblari va ushbu institute mutasaddi xodimlari ishtirok etdi.
Uchrashuv davomida Allaberganov janoblari ishonchli va shaffof milliy malaka tizimini shakllantirishning dolzarbligini ta’kidlab, ayniqsa malakalarni tasdiqlash (validation) va sifatni ta’minlash mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish zarurligini hamda berilayotgan malakalar mehnat bozoridagi real kompetensiyalarni aniq aks ettirishi lozimligini qayd etdi. Mazkur yo‘nalish Prezident farmonlari va tegishli normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar asosida davlat tomonidan faol qo‘llab-quvvatlanib, kasbiy ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish hamda ishchi kuchi raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga qaratilgan keng ko‘lamli islohotlarning bir qismi hisoblanadi.
KOICA Koreya Respublikasining kasbiy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirish borasidagi tajribasi bilan o‘rtoqlashib xalqaro amaliyotni mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirish muhimligini ta’kidladi. Shuningdek, KOICA tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan TVET loyihalari kompetensiyaga asoslangan yondashuvni ilgari surish, ta’lim muassasalari va sanoat ehtiyojlari o‘rtasidagi aloqalarni mustahkamlash hamda bandlikni oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi barqaror tizimlarni rivojlantirish orqali O‘zbekistondagi islohotlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlayotgani qayd etildi. KOICA hamkorlikni O‘zbekistonning ustuvor islohot yo‘nalishlariga mos ravishda davom ettirishga tayyor ekanini bildirdi.
Tomonlar ushbu uchrashuv KOICA ko‘magida barpo etilayotgan o‘quv muassasalari bilan MMTRI o‘rtasida faol tajriba almashinuvi va barqaror hamkorlikni yo‘lga qo‘yishga muhim turtki bo‘lishiga umid bildirdilar.
KOICA o‘zining qo‘llab-quvvatlayotgan markazlarida joriy etilgan Sanoatga asoslangan kompetensiya tizimi yondashuvi haqida ma’lumot berib, mazkur tajriba O‘zbekiston Milliy malaka tizimini yanada takomillashtirish jarayonida ko‘rib chiqilishi va moslashtirilishi mumkinligini ta’kidladi. Tomonlar umumiy maqsad — zamonaviy, shaffof va mehnat bozori talablariga javob beradigan malaka tizimini shakllantirish yo‘lida hamkorlikni davom ettirish niyatini yana bir bor tasdiqladilar.

KOICA va KfW Taraqqiyot banki O‘zbekistonda TVET sohasini mustahkamlash bo‘yicha hamkorlikni chuqurlashtirish maqsadida muvofiqlashtiruv uchrashuvi o‘tkazdi
2026 yil 11 fevral kuni “KfW” Taraqqiyot banki delegatsiyasi KOICAning O‘zbekistondagi vakolatxonasiga tashrif buyurib, amalga oshirilayotgan dasturlar yuzasidan axborot almashish hamda O‘zbekistonning texnik va kasbiy ta’lim va tayyorgarlik (TVET) sohasida kelgusidagi hamkorlik yo‘nalishlarini muhokama qildi.
Uchrashuvda KOICA O‘zbekiston vakolatxonasi direktor o‘rinbosari Li Min Jeong xonim, KOICAning amaldagi TVET loyihasi rahbari professor Cho Hyun-chan, KfW portfel menejerlari janob Yassine Ben Said va doktor Charlotte Rieser hamda boshqa mutaxassislar ishtirok etdilar.
Muzokaralar davomida KfW o‘zining TVET sohasidagi loyihalar portfeli bo‘yicha yangilanishlar bilan o‘rtoqlashdi, jumladan qisqa muddatli kasbiy ko‘nikmalarni o‘qitish dasturlari hamda sanoat bilan bog‘langan uzoq muddatli ta’lim yo‘nalishlari haqida ma’lumot berdi.
KOICA 2012 yildan buyon O‘zbekistonda kasb-hunar ta’limi markazlarini izchil qo‘llab-quvvatlab kelayotganini hamda kelgusida ko‘rsatiladigan yordamni O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Hukumatining TVET sohasini isloh qilish bo‘yicha ustuvor yo‘nalishlari bilan uyg‘un holda davom ettirishga qat’iy sodiq ekanini qayd etdi.
Shuningdek, tomonlar ta’lim muassasalari va xususiy sektor o‘rtasida samarali hamkorlikni ta’minlash uchun sanoat ishtirokini kuchaytirish va qulay shart-sharoit yaratishning amaliy mexanizmlarini muhokama qildilar. Ta’lim sifatini va uzoq muddatli samaradorlikni ta’minlash maqsadida infratuzilma va jihozlar bilan bir qatorda trenerlarni tayyorlash (ToT) dasturlarining ahamiyati alohida qayd etildi.
Tomonlar, shuningdek, ichki mehnat bozori ehtiyojlari bilan bir qatorda mehnat migratsiyasi masalalari yuzasidan ham fikr almashdilar.
Uchrashuv yakunida har ikki tashkilot O‘zbekistonda TVET islohotlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, sanoat bilan hamkorlikni kengaytirish, ta’lim sifatini oshirish hamda yoshlar bandligini ta’minlash va inklyuziv iqtisodiy o‘sishga xizmat qiladigan barqaror ko‘nikmalar tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha umumiy manfaat va sodiqliklarini yana bir bor tasdiqladilar. Shuningdek, kelgusidagi hamkorlikni yanada mustahkamlash va muvofiqlashtirishni kuchaytirishga kelishib oldilar.
