Tarkibi:
• qovoq – 700 g.
• banan – 1 dona.
• guruch – 3 osh qoshiq. l.
• sut – 3 stakan
• plavlenniy pishloq – 50 g.
• shakar – 2 osh qoshiq. l.
• sariyog ', tuz - tabga ko'ra
⭐️
Tayyorlanishi:
1. Qovoqni yuving, qobig'i va urug'ini olib tashlang va o'rta bo'laklarga bo'ling.
2. Qovoqni qozonchaga joylashtiring, bir oz suv qo'shing va o'rtacha olovda 10 daqiqa davomida pishiring. Suvni to'kib tashlang va qovoqni maydalang.
3. Guruchni issiq suv bilan yuvib tashlang va qovoqqa qo'shing.
4. Sutni qaynatib oling, qovoq va guruch bilan aralashtiring,  tuz, shakar qo'shing va yarim pishganicha 20 daqiqa davomida pishiring.
5. Bananni tozalang va vilkalar bilan maydalang.
6. Qovoq bo‘tqasiga banan, sariyog‘ qo‘shing va yaxshilab aralashtiring.
7. Qovoq bo'tqasini 20-25 daqiqa davomida 180 gradusgacha qizdirilgan pechga qo'ying.
8. Dasturxonga issiq qilib torting, ustiga qirg'ichdan o'tkazilgan pishloq seping.
