Жорий йилнинг 31 январь — 5 февраль кунлари Эрон Ислом Республикасининг Божнорд шаҳрида Кураш бўйича катталар ўртасидаги XV Жаҳон чемпионатини ўтказиш режалаштирилган эди.
Бироқ мамлакатда юзага келган сиёсий вазият сабаб мусобақа қолдирилди.
Энди мазкур нуфузли чемпионатга Қозоғистон Республикасининг пойтахти Астана шаҳри мезбонлик қилади.

Бугун Қозоғистон Республикаси Туризм ва спорт вазирлигида мазкур нуфузли мусобақани юқори савияда ташкил этиш масалаларига бағишланган учрашув бўлиб ўтди. The 15th World Kurash Championship will be held in Astana

The 15th World Kurash Senior Championship was scheduled to be held from 31 January to 5 February this year in the city of Bojnord in the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, the competition was postponed due to the political situation in the country. The prestigious championship will now be hosted by Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on organising matters of this prestigious competition at a high level. It was attended by Yerbol Myrzabossynov, Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ziyoviddin Khodjiniyazov, Vice-President of the International Kurash Association, Mansur Mirzaev, Head of the IKA Administration, and Andrey Borgens, President of the Kazakhstan National Association of Kurash Sports Federations.

During the meeting, Minister Yerbol Myrzabossynov noted that Kurash has become one of the modern sports that is rapidly developing in the world today, and noted that Kazakhstan has all the opportunities and infrastructure to hold this championship at the highest level.

In turn, Ziyoviddin Khodjiniyazov , Vice-President of the International Kurash Association, specifically recognised the high results achieved by Kazakhstan athletes in international arenas, noting that this is the result of systematic and consistent reforms being carried out in the sports sector in the country.

The 15th World Kurash Senior Championship will be held in Astana at the end of June this year. In order to organise the competition at a high level, an appropriate organising committee has been formed and preparatory work has begun.

National Juniors Kurash Championship Held in Kostanay, Kazakhstan

From April 24–26, the championship took place with the participation of 150 athletes from 11 regions and about 20 referees. During the opening ceremony, Andrey Borgens, President of the Kazakhstan Kurash Federation, gave a speech, wishing all participants good luck and noting that championships will now be held regularly starting this year.

The competitions were held at the Central Sports Complex of Kostanay. The event was also attended by representatives of the regional administration and heads of various sports organizations.

According to the final results, Astana city took first place, Mangystau region took second, and Atyrau region took third place in the overall team standings.

Dastlab, Kurash tarixi, qoidalari va uning zamonaviy rivojlanish bosqichlariga oid nazariy bilimlar test sinovlari orqali baholandi. Shundan so‘ng ishtirokchilar Kurash gilamiga chiqib, ekspertlar hay’ati oldida amaliy imtihon topshirdilar. Unda “Kurash usul” dasturi asosida uch xil guruhga mansub usullardan uchtasini bajarish hamda ularning texnik jihatlarini izohlab berish talabi qo‘yildi.

International Seminar: Final Exams Conducted

This afternoon marked the most critical stage of the international seminar organized for Kurash coaches—the final examinations.

To obtain the International Kurash Association’s "B" license, participants put the knowledge and experience they gained during three months of online education and one week of practical training to the test.

Initially, the participants' theoretical knowledge regarding the history of Kurash, its rules, and its modern developmental stages was assessed through written tests. Following this, the candidates went to the Kurash Gilam to perform practical exams before a panel of 3 experts. This phase required them to execute three techniques from three different categories based on the "Kurash Usul" (Kurash Techniques) program and provide detailed explanations of their technical aspects and methodical approach.

The results were announced upon the conclusion of the tests.

Tomorrow, on the final day of the seminar, a formal ceremony will be held to present the participants with their seminar certificates.

Today, the final stage of the International Kurash Seminar - practical exams - began at the modern cycling complex located in the Olympic Village in Tashkent. During the week-long intensive training, the participants demonstrated their acquired knowledge and skills in a practical way.

Visiting the complex where the seminar is underway, Otabek Umarov, Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), First Deputy Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, met with the course participants and got acquainted with their preparation process.

During the meeting, Mohammad Reza Nassiri, General Secretary of the International Kurash Association, and Khabibulla Tadjiev, Rector of the International Kurash Institute, provided detailed information on the results of the three-month online training program and the one-week practical seminar.

Today, the international seminar organised for Kurash coaches entered its peak. During the day, participants worked on the practical part mastering 30 techniques belonging to the Koosha, Yuklama and Yelka groups based on the “Kurash Usul” program.

The training was conducted at a high level under the leadership of Mohammad Reza Nassi, IKA General Secretary and Head of the IKI Scientific Department, and by international experts of the institute Ajmal Isaq Zai, Shukhrat Kurbonov and Feruz Bobomurodov.

The seminar was attended by the rector of the International Kurash Institute Khabibulla Tadjiev and the technical director of the International Kurash Association Ravi Kapoor, who closely monitored the processes.

Today, a festival entitled
“The Spirit of Navruz and the Cultures of Amir Temur’s Empire” was held at the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan.

During the celebration, the national costumes, customs and traditions of the participating peoples were showcased, along with their traditional cuisines. Cultural pavilions prepared by students left a strong impression on the guests.

Kabul hosted an International Kurash competition.

For the first time in the country’s history, a major International Kurash Competition was organized in the capital of Afghanistan as part of an international festival of traditional wrestling styles.

The national team of Uzbekistan secured 1st place in the team standings in the Kurash competition, competing against 170 athletes from 7 countries. Tajikistan took 2nd place, and Afghanistan finished 3rd.

Кеча, 23 апрель куни Кобул шаҳрида анъанавий кураш турлари бўйича халқаро фестиваль тантанали равишда бошланди. Мазкур нуфузли мусобақа доирасида Кураш бўйича беллашувлар ташкил этилди. Айниқса, фестиваль доирасида Афғонистон тарихида илк бор Кураш бўйича шундай кенг қамровли халқаро турнир ўтказилгани ушбу тадбирнинг аҳамиятини янада оширди.

Мусобақада Афғонистон, Ўзбекистон, Тожикистон, Туркия, Туркманистон, Қирғизистон ва Эрон давлатларидан жами 170 нафар спортчи иштирок этди. Беллашувлар 60 кг, 66 кг, 73 кг, 81 кг, 90 кг, –100 кг ва +100 кг вазн тоифаларида бўлиб ўтди. Уларнинг 110 нафари мезбон мамлакат вакиллари бўлса, 60 нафар спортчи хорижий давлатлар шарафини ҳимоя қилди.

A major international Kurash tournament held in Afghanistan for the first time

Yesterday, on 23 April, an international festival of traditional wrestling styles was ceremonially launched in the city of Kabul. Within the framework of this prestigious event, Kurash competitions were organised. Notably, the fact that such a large-scale international Kurash tournament was held for the first time in Afghanistan’s history further increased the significance of the event.

A total of 170 athletes from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, took part in the competition. The contests were held in the following weight categories: -60 kg, -66 kg, -73 kg, -81 kg, -90 kg, –100 kg, and +100 kg. Of these participants, 110 athletes represented the host nation, while 60 competitors defended the honour of foreign countries.

The opening ceremony of the festival was attended by the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Amir Khan Muttaqi; the Head of Physical Education and Sports and the National Olympic Committee, Ahmadullah Wasiq; the Minister of Agriculture, Mawlawi Ataullah Omari; the Governor of Kabul Province, Aminullah Ubaid; as well as a number of high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Interior and the Prime Minister’s Office. In addition, the Chief of Police of Kabul city, Mullah Hamza, also participated in the event, further demonstrating the high status of the competition.
